The Bill (Reg.№4438) implements the basic principles of the international cooperation in the sphere of operative-investigative activity. It envisages the vesting the operative subdivisions with the right to address, within the scope of their authority, the law-enforcing agencies of the other states and international organizations, appeals concerning involvement into the operative-investigative measures.
